How do I return an item?
Please contact us by email with your order number to initiate a return.
We offer thousands of products, most of which can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handing charged that we incurred to ship your order may be deducted from your refund as we cannot recoup these costs from Royal Mail/UPS/Evri/DPD.
Return Guidelines:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of Return Authorization Number (RAN) being issued
Item(s) must be received in new and unused condition, including the original packaging
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost
Returns received with missing items or without original packaging will NOT be credited
Item(s) must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package
Item(s) must be returned via a traceable method with delivery confirmation to assure we receive your package
Any orders returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return
The Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be written clearly on the outside of the box
